I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Entrepreneurship and Management at ShanghaiTech University.

I received my PhD in Organizational Behavior at London Business School, my MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and my BBA and BS in Psychology from William and Mary. 

My research interests lie at the intersection of culture, human resource management, gender, and leadership. Understanding how organizational cultures and values shape individual behaviors and bring unintended consequences for organizations is the main driver of my research.
